Hangzhou Jiuyou Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the listed company Sanmen San You Technology Co., Ltd., was established in 2019 with a registered capital of 20 million yuan. We are committed to the R&D of complete sets of intelligent equipment for the non-ferrous metal smelting industry, offering customers automated, digital, and intelligent system solutions. Leveraging the parent company’s over 20 years of service experience in the non-ferrous metal smelting industry and the talent concentration advantage of Hangzhou, the capital city of Zhejiang Province, we have cooperated with Zhejiang University Huzhou Research Institute and Hangzhou Dianzi University School of Computer Science to deeply engage in the R&D and manufacturing of intelligent equipment for the non-ferrous smelting industry. We hold more than 90 patents, 2 national standards, 1 industry standard, and 1 Zhejiang Manufacturing Group standard. Our current products and services include Intelligent Transportation System Solutions, Intelligent Electrolysis Information System, Digital Twin System, Vision Inspection System, and Holographic Imaging System, among others.

Jiuyou Intelligent is located in the Chuangzhi Green Valley Development Center in Shangcheng District, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province, with over 50 professional technical staff, including 21 full-time R&D personnel and more than 10 external experts. We have established the San You Hang Electric Smart Interconnect Research Institute, focusing on scientific research and industry-academia-research cooperation in smart smelting and other fields. Our mission is “to become a leading enterprise in non-ferrous metal smelting equipment and develop the green intelligent high-tech manufacturing industry,” relying on our deep understanding of copper smelting equipment technology and processes over the years. We have gradually established a strategic positioning of sustainable development driven by advanced equipment and intelligent services, forming a positive industrial layout of equipment and intelligent collaborative development. Our products not only achieve import substitution in China, gaining a significant market share, but also have entered well-known copper smelting enterprises in countries along the “Belt and Road” such as Chile, Laos, and Kazakhstan, effectively supporting the implementation of major national strategies.
